Gasboard-3500UV is an online biogas monitoring system specifically developed for accurate and continuous measurement of H2S concentration before and after desulfurization units. Utilizing advanced UV-DOAS technology, the system ensures high-precision detection of H2S without the need for a purging cycle. It also supports extended gas quality analysis with modular sensors for CH4 and CO2 (NDIR), and O2 (ECD), enabling real-time monitoring across various gasification and pyrolysis-based biogas applications, including CHP systems and research installations.
The system supports up to four sampling channels, including dual points before and after the H2S scrubber, providing an ideal solution to evaluate scrubber efficiency, protect downstream equipment, and optimize overall biogas process control. Housed in a stainless steel explosion-proof cabinet, it is suitable for outdoor hazardous area installation, offering high durability and corrosion resistance.
