BF-3000 is a high-performance ultrasonic flowmeter designed for continuous, real-time measurement of biogas flow and methane concentration in wet, corrosive environments. Based on the ultrasonic Time-of-Flight (TOF) principle, the system features a ceramic-coated, corrosion-resistant probe with no moving parts and no pressure drop, making it ideal for harsh biogas and biomethane related applications.

The flowmeter integrates temperature and pressure sensors for automatic compensation and enhanced accuracy. Built-in CH4 measurement enables simultaneous monitoring of both gas quantity and quality, with no need for additional analyzers—minimizing investment while maximizing performance. Key features include an all-in-one detection probe providing direct readings of flow velocity, total volume, temperature, pressure, and methane content. A built-in industrial lithium battery ensures backup power for uninterrupted operation, and the maintenance-free design supports long-term, reliable field use.
